PROJECT BLUEPRINT — TERMS OF SALE AND LICENSE

Product. "The Pack" is a set of digital documents (Markdown blueprints and a
format specification) delivered as a zip file immediately after purchase via
Stripe checkout, through a verified download link and an email copy.

License. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use the blueprints to design and build anything — including
commercial products — with no attribution required. Anything you build from a
blueprint is entirely yours. The one restriction: you may not resell,
redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the blueprints themselves,
in whole or in substantial part, whether modified or not.

Delivery. The download link embeds your Stripe checkout session and is verified
against Stripe on every use. It is tied to your purchase; treat it like a
receipt. If delivery fails, reply to your receipt email and a human will send
the files directly.

Refunds. 30 days from purchase, full refund, no explanation needed, and you
keep the files. Reply to your receipt email to request it.

No revenue promise. The blueprints describe product builds and honestly-scoped
go-to-market work. Market outcomes depend on execution and circumstances; no
revenue, ranking, or approval outcome is promised or implied. Figures in the
blueprints labeled as assumptions are assumptions.

Warranty. The documents are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted
by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid.
